Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

  • Return/Replacement Window:

    • Wrong/Defective Product β†’ within 72 hours

    • Damaged/Missing Product β†’ within 24–48 hours

  • Conditions:

    • Product must be unused, in original condition with invoice, packaging & tags.

    • Replacement subject to stock; else, full refund will be issued.

    • Refunds (including shipping charges) are processed within 30 days.

  • Non-Eligible Returns:

    • Wrongly ordered items

    • Used or tampered products

    • Requests made after the allowed time frame

  • Cancellations:

    • Allowed before shipping via your Captain Gogo account.

    • Once shipped, you may refuse delivery; refund will be made after deducting shipping charges.
