Return/Replacement Window:
Wrong/Defective Product → within 72 hours
Damaged/Missing Product → within 24–48 hours

Requests made after the allowed time frame
Cancellations:
Allowed before shipping via your Captain Gogo account.
Once shipped, you may refuse delivery; refund will be made after deducting shipping charges.
